We will gladly service both Michigan and Foreign (Out-of-State) Legal Documents for you.  Below is our pricing schedule for service based on Michigan Legal Statute ( MCL 600.2559):

Writ of Garnishment Request       $ 23.00

All Other Legal Documents             $ 26.00

First Attempt within 48-72 HRS of receiving the documents for service.

Mileage is charged at 1.5 times the current IRS Rate ( 72.5 cents for 2026).  This is $ 1.0875 per mile for the current 2026 year.  This rate is charged up to the allowable Michigan Statute of 75 miles each way; or 150 miles round-trip service.  We do charge ACTUAL MILEAGE rates from the St. Clair County Courthouse located at 201 McMorren Blvd. in Port Huron, MI.  Any mileage over the allowed Michigan Statute that can be claimed will be charged at the current IRS rate ( 72.5 cents for 2026.)

Photo Verification Fee       $ 5.00

GPS Verification Fee       $ 5.00

Document Printing Fee       $ 0.12 per document page

Incorrect Address Fee       $ 10.00 plus mileage

Next-Day Priority Service 

(Within 24 Hours of Receiving Documents)          $ 35.00

Same-Day Priority Service    

(Within 4 Hours of Receiving Documents if Possible)      $ 60.00

We are happy to provide a free Melissa Lookups trace of the service address to confirm the subject being served resides at the address provided.  We will provide a more in-depth address trace for $ 25.00

We are happy to file or retrieve any legal documents for you from the St. Clair Courthouse for actual Court Fee Cost and an Administrative Service Fee of $ 25.00

We  provide stake-out service at the provided service address to confirm and catch the subject needing service if such service is needed.  We charge a fee of $ 75.00 per hour.

We provide mobile notary services within the service area at $ 10.00 per signature / stamp needed plus travel mileage round-trip to the service address.
